Kendall was so helpful when we were trying to find the right place for my parent. Our need to find assisted living or memory care was sort of last-minute, which probably happens to a lot of families, and makes Kendall’s expertise all the more valuable. She was knowledgeable, responsive, resourceful and in contact with many local organizations. She helped us brainstorm different potential options, knew the details of our situation and preferences, and continued to support us throughout the whole process. Kendal was such an amazing help finding the right assisted living for our family member.  She also was extremely helpful taking this reluctant individual to the facility and letting them feel comfortable with moving there. On top of all this she coordinated working to help the hospice provider both before and after the move.  In addition she stops by from time to time to check in with the person as well as the family. Kendall was extremely helpful throughout the process of relocating our mom to an assisted living facility near Athens. She got us meetings with a few facilities in a very quick manner. Kendall‘s help was a lifesaver in the transition of a family member from independent living to assisted living. I was given Kendall‘s name by one of the facilities that I called which had no openings. Kendall listened to my needs and within a week we visited two potential places that had openings. She helped me evaluate the options and make a decision. She was very helpful in dealing with all the details that needed to happen. My sister is now safely moved safe and sound and is happy in her new place, less than a month from the day I called Kendall. Her knowledge of the facilities in the area and their openings, her relationships with the staff of these facilities, and her compassion and understanding of our needs make her such an extraordinary and helpful resource.
